Personally - I prefer modded. But that is just me. I have the hardware to be able to play modded. But the crux is that anything above 1.7.10 modded is beyond the average vanilla minecraft player as they are usually on a laptop with some sort of low end/old intel hd graphics system

you can check that for yourself, do a search for any sort of laptop in the $300 - $500 (AUD for anyone else reading this) range. 99% of those will be using some sort of Intel HD graphics system. Maybe some sort of AMD hybrid system but it will be so low that it will be in the same class as those Intel ones

Also I give a little pro-tip.
If you have a region in which block-placing/breaking, pvp, ect is blocked and you don't want the "Hey! Sorry, but you can't xxxx" message, set the following flag:
/rg flag <region> deny-message -e
"-e" tells WorldGuard, that this should be empty/not used

"trail.all" is the permission to get all the trails and "trail.heart", for example, is the permission to get the heart trail. So the permission in LPs might be: lp group vip permission set essentials.trail.all.trail.heart; trail.magic, etc this means they get the choice of either heart or magic 🤔

I think there may be an error other than me not having enough space allocated to the stack because if I allocate a lot it just sits there not doing anything, I assume stuck in a loop, but I'm not literate in java enough to tell if that's correct or not

I switched from PeX to LP too, it was definetely gpod idea. Also support is great here... And commands have similar "structure" so I guess it won't be hard for you.

those extra flags are triggered when wg registers an event (educated guess here), to track every mob it will have to do checks for every single AI event for every single mob in that defined area

Luck should setup some sort of plugin system, so that people who want to use alternate database software can either use a plugin made by someone else or make their own, it would be an awesome feature to allow people to customise luckperms a bit. If, if there is something to change web wise for luckperms is maybe to switch to something that is based on Read The Docs cause it has versioning support (needed for projects like Luckperms). But that requires time that will be taken away from actual coding. Also not many people will know how to edit/contribute to read the docs format compared to editing a github wiki. Ease of contributions vs "bling" basically

ReadTheDocs is based off a python system. I can't remember what its called though. RTD just makes it "easier" to use as it provides the backend and links to a github repo, you edit the repo with correct version tagging and it displays based on tag pre-set or set by end user

well the simple answer is you switch to a provider which has good ddos protection

a lot of servers use OVH

because it's a) cheap and b) has decent ddos protection

if you're being bot attacked (lots of fake clients trying to connect), then yes there are ways to prevent that

for http/web - cloudflare helps. for bots - anticheat/IP check/VPN filtering

but an actual DDoS - need backbone to handle and filter out the excess traffic

We have anticheat plugins, we have AAC and ncp on hole network

But let me explain the situation how im seeing it. because as you may notice, im not that good with those stuff yet and im still learning

We playing normally, and suddenly server is starting lagging as hell, cpu is increasing and ram too

Network based attacks damage/clusterfuck the networking equipment before they hit the host most of the time

eg: The Router, Switch, Firewall, Hub, etc

There is a forth, sections of the EULA are illegal (yes actually illegal - check with law firm - cost me a fair amount of $$ too) and are unenforceable without internation legal ramifications. Because of the Steam LLC vs ACCC court case it has set a precidence that no EULA/ToS/etc is enforceable if it conflicts with laws.

Too many people hold the EULA as a "untouchable holy relect" - which is utter bullshit. The EULA is viewed as a contract (under Australian Federal Law) if that contract forces you to do anything illegal (the wording of the EULA - context matters here) then said contract is null and void, with possible immediate legal rammifactions against the one trying to enforce said contract/EULA/etc

With the Valve vs ACCC court case their ToS/Agreement stated that you could not obtain a refund. Under Australian Consumer Law digital goods are considered physical goods and have the same consumer protections. Because the agreement (contract) voilated law the contract becomes null and void - with the legal rammifactions that i mentioned previously and what Valve faced

This is why many companies that have actual offices in different contries have different EULA/Agreements based on that country. Take Microsoft and the (back then) EULA when Windows 10 was being given away. The EULA for USA and EULA for Australia were very different. The aussie one had sections in it reinforcing Australian Consumer Law and recognising it within their EULA.

Of course there are ways around the blacklisting too. Actually by default the ATLauncher bypasses the blacklist from what I can remember unless that was changed

I think most (aka Americans) think that the EULA is law, that it is set in stone. What they have issues trying to understand that the EULA is viewed as a contract in other countries. If that contract is illegal then that contract (EULA) is null and void on the spot. The Valve vs ACCC court case set that precident as well which I think most Americans still don't understand the implications of. Even outside of minecraft but other areas as well

Well before the Valve vs ACCC court case it was a 50/50 chance of trying to beat it back. But now there is precedence set. The EULA voilates Australian Tax Law (using definition of donation implies non profit org to tax law)
