The database? It's like a minecraft server for data - a data server. For how to set it up, you should use google. Then once you have it set up, enter its details in the LP config correctly and migrate perms to it

And I understand I can run a command to make default group do some commands
but the problem is it only pops up op commands and not commands like /tpa and /spawn
