It's not been out for very long, but i thought I'd leave a space for people to infodump all their thoughts without necessarily discussing it LOL

Shame queen didn't get any buffs but honestly for mercy they did a lot more than I thought they would

#

I thought they'd just buff the healing

#

But they buffed both beams

#

Juno got nerfed which was weird when during the trial people were saying she was weak

my initial thing i notice is that there's oneshots again, which is a big change in playstyle for both people who play those 225hp heroes, and for people who play heroes who now have these damage breakpoints (ashe, soj, hanzo, hog, etc)

i'm also enjoying the new unranked respawn mechanics, flashpoint changes, and the new anubis map is amazinggg

i don't understand all of the balance changes, but i want to get a feel for how they Feel before talking shit or praising them

-lucio is bizarrely scary!!
-reaper mythic means people are running him more which means winston is harder >:(
-i do like the mercy changes!!!
-the blue screen effect for damage boost is a bit too much
-i wanna say i like clash so far?? the stomps are over pretty fast which is a double edged sword, because you get into your next game quicker but also if queue times are bad, it feels cruddy

Lifeweaver changes are peak but somehow the jump at the end of petal feels finicky?? Idk if it was just my ping being bad tonight.

But the changes are just what he needed, the automatic recharge makes it so it's not as punishing to swap weapons so jt's actually so GOOD. Low-key massive buff to him.

Juno is super fun but she feels somehow MORE underwhelming than in the trial? Which is weird because she got mostly buffs, right? Maybe it's just a skill issue but she definitely feels on the rather weak side.

I only played one match of Throne of Anubis but honestly that map is so fun! It has some fun routes but the flank routes aren't obnoxiously everywhere like how they are in maps like New Queen Street. The map felt fun and unique and I enjoyed it, it feels balanced.

The battle pass cosmetics are kinda whatever except for the Ashe skin, that skin is peak Ashe

I’ve been having a love hate relationship with clash. Mercy feels better. Lifeweaver changes were very necessary. Juno does feel a little underwhelming but I think that’s healthy. Cosmetics are looking pretty good! Barely any/no complaints from me at all 🤗

I feel like Juno didn't need nerfs from her playtest. If anything she only needed tweaks/buffs. Still fun to play tho.

D.Va may still need more nerfs cause she's still annoying af, but it's a good start that they toned down DM back to 3 seconds.

They nailed the Lifeweaver changes. It actually feels good to do damage now, and you have more options to do damage with you always having a fully precharged heal if you play optimally (also the removal of the slow whilst charging your heals is so good, why didn't they do this before). Platform changes I've grown to like a lot in the past few games too; being able to re-use it is huge. I always thought platform had too much HP and no-incentive to break it. This is what I was hoping for with the 'added counter-play' they mentioned. Only thing I'd change atm is make the platform deemed active with objects such as Sym TP, Winston bubble, and DVa bomb. Otherwise, yeah Lifeweaver feels great!

Mythic Reaper is super cool, Clash is... not exactly the map for my heroes but I honestly have more of an issues with the frequency of it appearing, but apparently they've tuned it down since yesterday.
