I decided to reduce Ashe's ammo from 12 to 10
reason for this change is actually to buff her reload. because I don't want too much downtime in the mode, reducing Ashe's ammo count feels like the way to go to make her play style more snappy
reduced Ana nade cooldown on spawn from 10 seconds to 5 seconds
reason for this is because the dps passive exists, which makes nade a bit more interesting to use in matchups with dps heroes
also increased genji deflect cooldown from 8 seconds to 9 seconds.
I previously made a change where Genji's dash cooldown was reduced from 8 to 7 seconds, and because I wanna encourage a faster pace for 1v1s and not have it bogged down by abilities requiring you to wait for the ability to end, I decided to transfer power from deflect onto his dash
the reason I am maintaining Cassidy's roll heal is because of two reasons:
- His roll is his only form of mobility and aside from 25 additional health, he has no real form of defense
- roll does not stop the fight in any way
with mercy, she has a lot of defensive abilities that slow down the pace in some ways, I could increase the cooldown of GA to 7 up from 5 to put her in line with Genji. With resurrect I could reduce the healing from 500 to 275
as 225 was there for the first iteration, and 275 hp/s allows Mercy to have her healing slowed down to 239 hp/s through the dps passive
I'm making these changes because I wanna encourage mercy to use these abilities aggressively
I think Mauga is a hero that is impossible to make fun in my 1v1 mode. He generates game states I don't want to see and has this issue of being either too strong or too weak
