I’m looking to build a long-term partnership with a US-based senior software developer who can handle client-facing responsibilities, while I take care of the back-end engineering work.
This is a legit subcontracting collaboration, and NOT anything shady.
Just a simple two-person team:
- Your Role (Client-Facing Lead):

Attend client interviews

Speak confidently about technical topics

Handle project onboarding, communication, and updates

Represent our “team” to the client

- My Role (Engineering Lead):

Handle all development work

Build the product end-to-end

Deliver features, fixes, documentation, etc.

Give you the technical information for client calls
- Compensation:

You earn $3000/month as long as the contract stays active

Paid consistently

No heavy coding required

Very low time commitment (mostly meetings + messaging)
