We are in Phase 3 of development for a web application, which includes two key components:
Finalizing the Student App – This app is already in beta and needs refinements, UI/UX improvements, and feature enhancements.
Building the Admin Dashboard – A new web panel for teachers, parents, and administrators to access data, analytics, and management tools.

We are looking for:

  • Front-End Engineer (Next.js, TailwindCSS) – Responsible for polishing the student app, implementing UI/UX improvements, and assisting in the development of the admin dashboard’s front end.
  • Back-End Engineer (PostgreSQL, Prisma) – Focused on building a robust API to connect the student app and admin dashboard, handling user authentication, data access, and overall system functionality.

Collaboration & Scope:

  • Both roles will collaborate closely to ensure seamless integration between the student app and admin dashboard and @Max will act as project manager as well as lead developer.
  • Phase 3 focuses on finalizing the student app’s beta and delivering a secure, scalable backend with granular user permissions.
  • Work aligns with EST timezone, part-time (15–20 hrs/week), over 3–4 months.

Compensation:
Structured on a project milestone basis, with payments aligned to completed deliverables, calculated using an agreed-upon hourly rate.
