If anyone playing the faith demos on steam is having trouble launching it and getting an error message, try restarting steam, I did that and the demos automatically updated and are working now.

if you havent downloaded the update, you dont have that exe, so youll get an error

It screeched out in terror and pain as red blossomed outwards from its sallow chest.
John dodged the half agonized swipe of the creature as it flew past onto the road.
It wheeled around ready to lunge back at John.
John swore loudly as he only had the one chance in that singular bullet, when suddenly over the crest came a blinding light.
A horn blares madly as the creature gets off one strangled and gurgly "OUGH" before being turned into chunks as a truck smashes the demon to pieces.
John blinked, then again as the situation dawned on what he'd just witnessed.
He sagged with relief against his car. Dropping the rifle, sweat pouring down his face.
Taking the cross from around his neck he glanced at the gory mess strewn across the road, stood then prayed to God for forgiveness.

It could go both ways actually. If its ending 5, then maybe John sees himself no better than a demon upon failing to save Amy and her being completely consumed by the demon. Remember, its like 1 year later, and we saw how she looked like. Also even in chapter 2 || Garcia says "yes, its true what happened to Amy. Butyou are no murderer John. There was nothing you could do" or smthing like that|| But if its ending 1, then its more litteral
But its hard to know the full truth, as even Airdorf himself said: quote " I love red herrings and theres a lot of them in Faith"
