have you tried standard stuff like validate, newest stable release of drivers, resetting config

Also Amid Evil slows down at around 65-70 fps because of pacing issues

so try locking framerate to 60

I only have gog galaxy opened. Tried again with "gathering" enemies on top of the structure of the beginning of forgone fortress and chocked at 60fps while using the staff power. CPU core 2 spiked to 95% too, other cores are much lower

@night ginkgo incredibly similar performance, all on epic, 1080p and 120fps cap. The fight with all those enemies was around 50-70fps. I even killed all enemies and seem that this zone is an issue, since even without them it's on the 70fps
