Dumb question, is there any plans for a difficulty past "evil" difficulty? I didn't feel like I died often enough during my first runs. The bosses managed to kill me once or twice each (except the first one). Are there maybe too many health pickups?

bosses should take less damage on hard/evil imo. They sometimes go down very fast if you have soul mode active. My fight with the Solar Saint was below 2 min on evil. Would have liked to fight him a little bit longer. Not that much, just a little bit.
