Watched about half the vinesauce vid before I got bored. I think it's funny that one of Vinny's two complaints was that "the levels are too claustrophobic" when his reaction to literally anything in the game was to curl up in an ass-ball in a corner and get slaughtered by all the enemies. Huh, so the first time I launched Amid Evil and set it to proper fullscreen it was setting the resolution to some weird resolution, which I'm pretty certain was the game attempting to set to 1080x1920 and failing, because I've had the odd ocasional other game do that, and I think it's because I have a second monitor in portrait? I couldn't fix it immediately either, because crucially it cut off the accept button to change resolution.

I managed to get that fixed by putting it in the fullscreen windowed mode so I could get the accept button back and set it to some random lower resolution, then setting the resolution to 1920x1080 again.

tl;dr game read secondary monitor and set that to it's standard resolution, I'm pretty sure

#

This is minor, super niche and was fixable so it's whatever, but I felt I may as well mention it

#

Oh, and I can re-break it like that by relaunching the game, and hitting accept resolution without selecting any resolution

I think the bigger difference than just number of attacks is that it's not just a simple projectile like the DUSK ones, which are all fairly simplistic.

Look @night ginkgo and team, I plan on buying a copy of AE to share now that I won one because I made a "dank" valentine meme of Mr. Oschcuro... but I want you to know, this game is seriously great. I can see the hereticishness... but its a wholy different experience. I have a cruddy PC (I got it for $200 refurb from our Microcenter) so can't get the truly beautiful graphics... but since I grew up playing DOS games, with a few flicks of the switch and settin those graphics to medium... huzzah.
