Looks really good! Main thing that put me off a bit is how there isn't really any environmental blood staining. Nothing more unsatisfying than seeing these huge blood fountains and blood puffs go into nowhere tbh. Is there any reason for this or is it just something you haven't bothered with (yet) ?

I hope my i5 6400 won't be an issue running this game, it's low ass stock clock causes issues sometimes in games like painkiller when there's a bajillion enemies it can drop bellow 60 fps

The thing with the nudoom/ metroid prime style of map is that it works well for basic "here's what room I'm in" stuff but it gets less useful when you want specific information about an area and it's kind of clunky to open it and navigate the view. At least compared to an auto map. And I. The dev side of things it's not a case of throwing a script or something into a level and having an auto map. You have to either model out all those maps by hand or have stuff placed in the levels to help programmatically create them, and both those options take dev time
