The textures look less developed compared to other weapons, it almost looks "fullbright", washed out, that sort of thing. The Riveter also looks a little similar in quality to the Mortar but not as much, looks a lot better

It's partially a Blood reference to Tchernobogg, (Nyarla is voiced by Stephan Weyte, who voiced Caleb in Blood), and he basically wants DuskDude because DD got all the way to Jakob, bested him and proved that he wasn't worthy, then got to Nyarla and nearly killed him, so Nyarla pretty much gave his power and the power he gave Jakob for his worthiness to you. Because of this, you basically rule under Dusk as Jakob's successor.||

This thing only work (or not work) in menu, resuming the game fixes it. I really want to provide screenshots, but i can't share them here.
