the base game, even on CM, is a bit on the easy side for veteran FPS players, and adding more players would just make it even easier

It's safe to assume most of the single player enemies (within reason) could end up in the multiplayer as player models.

Yo, bought dusk a day ago and finished up episode 1 pretty quickly and I just wanted to say that Dusk is the most fun I've had in a game in a while. It probably sounds like I'm licking ass here but I just wanted to mention that everyone involved did a great job.

Oh definitely, I've known about both games for a while but I only recently got around to picking up Dusk

One thing I really liked is that it definitely made me feel like I was playing a retro shooter, but it isn't a direct clone of any. It would've been easy to just make Doom or Quake or something like that but Dusk is its own thing and I really appreciate that

Like make some FUCKIN ORIGINAL weapons don't have them like stand in for anything. Dark Claw could be like a charged railgun that steals health from enemies, or a beam weapon, or shoot toxic exploding projectiles

Part of me is glad a plasma gun type weapon didn't make it but I would've loved it if had a proper ricochet weapon

Bouncing crossbow bolts or something would've been fun

I actually had an idea for a MacGuyver type chemical sprayer weapon that has a random chance to "blind" certain enemies, screwing up their AI and making them walk into walls and attack randomly
