yeah. so every kill you get will increase a multiplier increasing the score you get when you kill soemthing. if you get hit it goes back to 0. it will decay over time as well but its fairly leniant.

Well just played through E2M2 and yeah it's very subtle, the flashlight only flickers a tiny bit only when you're noticed and the footprints are also pretty subtle.
