dusk 2 atleast in my semi-functional mind could be like: the entity, thing, species that the cultists worshipped in dusk1 are actually part of a "exploratory crew" from a distant planet populated by daemon-things, when they notice the interaction between duskdude and the exploratory crew they start preparing for a full invasion operation with the objective of destroying the Earth but little they know that when the EDF noticed the events of dusk1 they started a task-force to infiltrate beyond the demon-alien lines, and the main protagonist is like the son of duskdude (duskdude.jr)

the reason i ask is that ive worked with unity and a few other game engines and noticed that unity has often provided me with a rather easy to work with mp api. the dev of STRAFE actually got super pissed at me because i suggested it would be relatively easy (from a programmers point of view) to impliment a VERY basic coop mode into strafe using a p2p connection and a placeholder player model. STRAFE is based on unity which is why i suggested it.
