I think Zombie/500 even entertained the idea of having a "Quake entity swapper", where even if you didn't make a map specifically for Dusk, the converter would be able to automatically swap out Quake entities for Dusk ones

It's natural to expect a little resistance/reluctantcy when it comes to early access. Almost all of us have been burned by a crappy EA game at some point. Thankfully with DUSK you get the majority of the game right away and as far as development goes, we're on the final stretch.
