No but about the nameless city I doubt it's gonna take too many inspirations from it, exept maybe a level were you crawl through deep underground tunnels. We already have a preview of E3 in the form of the WIP box-art and it looks like it ditches the desert theme for a more quake/doom E3 theme.
Also the nameless city is upside down apparently.

People tend to say that guns aren't very noisy in real life but they are incredibly noisy
You can hear most of their sounds if you're the one actually using them when you hold them
The springs, the mechanisms, everything
the metal rubbing on objects can probably also achieve the noises that are made when drawing, and they can especially be achieved if you're turning the safeties off as you do it
