This is true but I found the intoxigators attacks more difficult to dodge, and because of how slow the projectiles are you can easily out manuever them, to add to that they don't attack very often often only every once in awhile. To be fair, you have to have a very high IQ to understand DUSK. The retro art style is extremely subtle, and without a solid grasp of 90's shooter circle-strafing most of the game will be unbeatable to a typical player. There’s also David's level design, which is deftly woven into the deep lore of the game- the plot of which draws heavily from H.P. Lovecraft literature, for instance. The fans understand this stuff; they have the intellectual capacity to truly appreciate the depths of the game, to realise that they’re not just badguy archetypes- they say something deep about VIDEO GAMES. As a consequence people who dislike DUSK truly ARE idiots- of course they wouldn’t appreciate, for instance, the brilliance in David's design of Old Time Religion “E1M3” which has in it a cryptic reference to classic DOOM's Romero masterpiece E1M2. I’m smirking right now just imagining one of those addlepated simpletons scratching their heads in confusion as David Szymanski's genius craftsmanship unfolds itself on their PC screens. What fools.. how I pity them. 😂
And yes, by the way, i DO have a DUSK tattoo. And no, you cannot see it. It’s for the ladies’ eyes only- and even then they have to demonstrate that they’re within 5 IQ points of my own (preferably lower) beforehand. Nothin personnel kid 😎

in like TFC and Quake you can bundle in assets with the map file to while the map is played replace that model
part of the ability to pack assets in a .bsp level
most recent exapmle i can think of is all the Player destruction TF2 maps there is a custom model fir the item to deliver new maps just bundle the texture+model into the map file to replace it
