Graphic settings arent really a factor in speedruns, speedrunners just pick the best performance settings and focus on that, sure it would be a bonus if someone could achieve a good run on clown vomit, but no sane person would do that.

That shouldn't be an issue. I know with digital distribution you litterally click a bunch of things that hold copyright for streaming but only for spotify. I'll look at the fine print when it comes to distribution and keep that in mind but I don't think it will be a problem.

I like GOG being there as an alternative. I rarely use it though.
