the movement is really interesting
the movement is fun but handling the jerry cans is really frustrating
also jumping upside down is π

you might be able to fix that by deleting the "Library" folder and reopening the project, it'll do a reimport and convert any un-textified assets

the crossbow pushes you in the negative vector of your aim
so if you look down and shoot, youll get a small boost upwards
which means less self damage if you need to make a small jump, and dont wasnt to RJ
and theoretically i think you can use it with backwards bunnyhopping and shooting to gain more speed
the crossbow is a big deal

yeah it basically had to do with the collision triggering twice for some reason. It sometimes happened with scarecrow posts too. So now it just disabvles the collider

feels like going from a normal Quakeish strafe jump into an inverted strafe gives you the most speed

and usually it puts you at high speed

110-120 feels about right to me for Dusk. 90 feels waaaaaay too low. I can't tell if that's because I'm used to 120 at this point or because there's something wrong with my fov calculation. It flips after 180 like it's supposed to though so shrug
at around 160 it becomes stupidly unplayable
90 is generally what you want for 4:3 I think
you need at least 100 for 16:9
there was a site I used to have that would work out the ideal FOV for a resolution

yeah I was shocked when I got a widescreen monitor a year or two ago and discovered that some games I'd been fine with suddenly felt really clausterphobic
you'd enter the base FOV and the aspect it's for (eg, 90 4:3) and it'd give you FOV values for other aspect ratios
