It came with TFC so I tried it yesterday and it has such cool features. For example every class has 2 kinds of grenades. Scout's primary one is "bear traps" and if you step on them you will move slower

it's using a modern renderer (Unity's, of course) made to look old

hence why you're experiencing some stuttering

your best bet would be to run the game at the lowest possible resolution, the actual graphics setting won't affect performance much
