Are you experiencing an issue with your server, account, or purchase? We recommend that you take a look at our FAQs first! Tickets will receive a response within 1-2 business days. If you submit your ticket on the weekend, it will not receive a response until business hours resume with a longer delay. Tickets submitted during business hours will typically see a response within the same day.
:warning: Please submit a ticket using the account and/or email address that owns the server, otherwise we will be unable to assist with your issue. All ticket responses will be sent to your email address inbox.
