Would it be against the TOS to add a feature to my server where:
At set intervals, an announcement appears in chat
Players can join a raffle by using a command (e.g., /raffle)
Entering costs 10 units of in-game currency (not purchasable with real money)
The currency is added to a shared pot
One winner is chosen at random and receives the entire pot
All other participants receive nothing
