Vault is required for EssentialsXChat and LuckPermsChat to fetch LuckPerms prefixes/suffixes. If you don't already have Vault added try doing so.

Using EssentialsXChat and LuckPermsChat at the same time can cause some problems like:

  • Double prefixes/suffixes
  • Messy or duplicated chat messages
  • One plugin’s formatting overriding the other
  • Possible placeholder issues

I don't recommend using EssentialsX and EssentialsXChat as they just try to do everything, but specialized plugins often do it better.
