Did you set the server type to Fabric or Forge?

That should've made a new mods folder, plugins folder is not the right place

Don't upload mods to the plugins folder, mods and plugins are not the same thing

Since you did change the server type to Fabric, that should've automatically created a new mods folder in the File Manager

There you can upload them (while you're at it, delete the mods from the plugins folder), and then restart the server

I doubt mods are as friendly with multiple versions compared to plugins/Paper

that error usually means the server is crashing on startup due to changes you made - so probably incompatible mods

what other mods are you using on the server?
