#Cannot Manage Server

I am unable to manage my minehut server. When I press the "manage" button, it seems that the website reloads, but I'm still on the server list page. After this happens, I am unable to do ANYTHING on the website. Buttons seem to be pressable, but do nothing, and a tab close and reopening of the website is needed to fix it.

After the server stopped, (I couldn't close it otherwise) and reactivated it, I was able to get on the manage page for a second, but as soon as I click on a different page, the same thing happens :

  • Page reloads
  • Still on same page
  • Buttons do nothing

I need to update plugins so this whole ordeal is really annoying.

If you are having issues with accessing the dashboard on Minehut, please follow these steps:

  1. Open https://www.whatismybrowser.com/, then scroll to the YOUR WEB BROWSER'S TECHNICAL DETAILS section.
  2. Copy the number next to Browser version (full) (example in image)
  3. Send what browser you're using (Google Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Opera GX, etc.) and the full version. This will be useful information for our developers, so please send the full version!
