I'm looking for a reliable NPC plugin for 1.21.1 Bukkit that I can use with Skript for quests, shops, and whatever else I may need. Preferably free, but if I need to I can spend a bit of money.

I have made crude NPCs with Skript, but the only way I could figure out was unreliable and tedious. If there is a Skript addon for NPCs too, that would be really cool and I would use that.
