Hey, so I know discord is allowed to be advertised inside of game servers, but is it allowed to ask people to join the discord? Also is it allowed to require people to join discord to be a staff member? I assume it is but I read some discussion (I think in a minehut lobby) about it is not.

Also, can I just send the Google docs/forms link to apply to be a team member in #offers and requests?

yes, you can promote and ask people to join your server, tho I wouldnt force them

as for staff, it makes sense to ask them to be on the discord

you can basically advertise anything in your own server

just dont make it be in the lobbies or in this discord (except for offers and requests, but idk what applies to there)

You can only advertise the Discord server within your ingame server (so not the lobbies or this Discord server)
You're allowed to set whatever requirements for your staff team, it's your staff team which we have no jurisdiction over
Best to keep the application stuff like the google form in your own servers

I'd suggest keeping those within the server
