SkQuery is outdated and iirc there isn't a good updated fork - in any case other skript plugins like SkBee accomplish the same thing

Chrome will flag every executable file (Yes, a jar is an executable) as a virus. It does not accually know if it is a virus or not. Just press Keep, it will download anyways. As long as you download from spigotmc or bukkit it is safe.
