🌎 Uploading a world to your Minehut server

Vanilla

  1. Go to your Settings tab and scroll down to World Settings
  2. Press Upload Zip and upload your world.
  3. Click on the dropdown menu under "Selected World" and change your world to the world you uploaded.

Multiverse

  1. Upload your world to the File Manager with no spaces or special characters.
  2. Execute the command /mv import worldname normal (You will need to change normal to 'end' or 'nether' if that is the dimension of your world.)
  3. Teleport to your world by executing /mvtp worldname.

Follow that

You also want to make sure that in the world files, set the server world to ul_worldname otherwise every time the server starts it will send you to the original world given to the server

@vernal kelp @thin fable any idea what i did wrong?

vernal kelp
#

Is your world of a newer version than the server is?

quiet geyser
#

no

#

both are recent version

vernal kelp
#

Recent as in 1.20.6?

quiet geyser
#

1.21

vernal kelp
#

Minehut is still on 1.20.6

thin fable
#

1.21 isn't operative yet for servers

vernal kelp
#

Thats probably the cause of the issue

quiet geyser
#

so i just have to downgrade the world right

vernal kelp
#

Yeah

#

The server doesnt know what to do with those new blocks

thin fable
#

it will either delete them or turn them to stone

#

that is unless it corrupts

#

downgrade the world first then reupload it

quiet geyser
#

ok hold on

#

dang it 😭

vernal kelp
#

Did you make sure to delete the old world file?

quiet geyser
#

How do i do that

vernal kelp
#

File manager

quiet geyser
#

still doesnt work

#

after deleting the other worlds and restarting
