The whole point of being muted is to prevent communication. That is not going to change.

There are people that break rules in /ad, allowing them to bypass the mute ruins the purpose of muting

Its not bypassing the rules, i think there should be two different systems to handle this. One for muting in chat and one for the /ad command, because those two have different abilities to communicate and therefore need to have different conditions for it to get disabled.

No. You break the rules and you get muted or banned, we are not going to just add that.

There are also people who will see it as an oppurtunity to bypass mutes earned for other reasons
