Server wont start, Clicks activate, never starts | Minehut | Page 1

I get this message when I try to start my server "io.netty.channel.AbstractChannel$AnnotatedConnectExceptionfinishConnect(..) failed: Connection refused: /xxx:25575
I cant find a fix and It doesnt activate on the website either, just starts a countdown that stop randomly, then I go to manage server and it still says offline

You downgraded your server version

you need to reset the world or go back to the right version

Thank you btw, I’ll try again but I tried to upgrade it to 1.20 then I downgraded back to 1.19 bc I didn’t like 1.20 but I didn’t move outside of the 1.19 chucks, and I upgraded the server version 2 months after this was happening in hopes I could just download my world files and copy it to another server

OK so i loaded it back up with 1.20 and it worked, this is a fluke but thank you for your help I guess ill just stick with 1.20
