What is the "error code"?
Are all your friends getting the same thing?
Is the server actually online? like not starting, stopping, saving, etc.?

📃 How do I download my logs?

You view and download your logs through the File Manager on your server dashboard. Select the Logs folder and then hit the Download button.

seems like you don't have a world selected? select a world in the World Settings and then try starting and joining
