Hey, so I will be honest there isnt much you can do. Few questions, did you give anyone op? Do they have remote access to the console?
You could also try contacting minehut support to see if they have any backups for your server, they might also be able to find out who did it.

double check that your plugins are genuine, deop anyone etc

yeah, do /deop and then type space to see everyone who has op, also might have to check permissions if you have a plugin for that, the * permission is hidden op, could also be remote console as Lonight said or a backdoored plugin
if you have a backup of the server, load it in
if you don't, I doubt you can get ur server back

and update Vulcan if you use it, there's been a massive vulnerability discovered assuming you allow access to anvils
