Make an option in the menu so that you can filter out the servers you want to / do not want to join. For example I am on 1.20.1 and I want to join a server that supports that version, or I don't want to keep being sent back to the lobby due to almost every server being whitelisted, so I could be able to filter away the whitelisted servers. You could also make it so I can filter server categories such as joining lifesteal. You could make a menu that lets you choose on/off for options for example "Whitelist" and then you can click it to toggle it on or off and you could make it for each filter.

I agree with your idea, but I don't agree with your example; maybe a way to randomly join particular categories, eg. right click to randomly join the category.
