its apparently suppose to make a folder where i can configure settings but i cant see any of it

ah, did you restart the server when you uploaded the plugin into the plugins folder? Also not all plugins will make those folders

yea i've restarted and refreshed sepearatly and together but still not working properly, im trying to install luckperms and ssvm (server side vein miner)

would it have to do with the fact it's a fabric server? i chose it because all the mods i have are for 1.19.2, would it matter if i changed it?

you can't install plugins on a Fabric server, and you can't install mods on a Paper server

so i'd have to change the server to spongeforge or nachospigot?

If you want to use plugins, I suggest sticking to Paper

#

SpongeForge is for Forge mods, Fabric is for Fabric mods, Paper is for plugins

there are likely plenty that work as veinminers, a quick google search should bring them up
