I paid for a server, in order to access SFTP, to transfer server files. However, after it says that a connection has been established, nothing happens, and then the connection times out. Please can someone help me. I've attached an image of what it says.

Make sure you're putting the correct FTP address, in FileZilla you need to put sftp:// in front of the address to ensure it's in SFTP mode.
sftp://ftp.minehut.com should work

It worked, thank you so much 🙂

you're welcome! I think I might write a support article for this since I've had other people run into the same issue, glad to hear it worked
