@cloud mango Head over to the “Backups” tab and create a backup. Wait for that to complete before going onto the next step.

The second step is to go to “Settings”, scroll down to the bottom where you’ll see the Danger Zone, and click “Force Hibernate”. Then if anything goes wrong, restore the backup you made earlier on the first step.
