I don't think this is the right place to ask. Your answer will probably be biased. If you want to make up your own mind on the subject, try using both or just watch a YouTube video about it.
#is aternos better than minehut or not
high atlas
loud brook

I can try to make a unbiased answer though
but just know theres better places to ask
slender sluice
(it's against rules here to promote external servers anyway)
polar kestrel
Mine hut is over all better just because of the sheer amount of power the servers have. Don’t use aternos if you are trying to make a server long term.
meager tartan
minehut > aternos
hasty snow
UNBIASED OPINION:
Minehut is better for vanilla servers with plugins n stuff
Aternos is better for modded like forge or fabric
Minehut seems like it has more problems
Nobody will play your Aternos server bcause we cant know about it :/
If you just want to play with friends when your all online like hosting a world in bedrock, use a mod like E4MC or Essentials
none of this is promotion, it is simply just my background on these types of server hosting companies
(or just host ur own MC server)
woeful yacht
Minehut for everything, use Essentials if youre doing a modded world with friends, it wont be a server
