make sure they all match the version your server is on

once that's confirmed, start it, let it go offline, then try to join, then send the latest.log here

How do I download my logs?

You view and download your logs through the File Manager on your dashboard.

Select the Logs folder and then hit the Download button.

I did what it asked me to but now its just stuck on starting

Im able to turn the server on now but when I join it says this

Internal Exception: io.netty.handler.codec.DecoderException: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Unknown recipe serializer betterend:infusion

nothing to see on the logs from what I observed but here it is regardless
