Cant join my server

Whenever i try joining my server it kicks me out and says some line of error and im very confused

And whenever i try downloading a addon

its says error

Probably crashing at startup

Don’t use addons by the way, download them straight from spigotMC and then drop the jar in the plugins folder and restart

As for the unknown error occurred, it’s a website issue, usually solved by refreshing or using a different browser, etc

Your server is also probably crashing at startup though so start it up, wait for it to crash, try to join, then send the latest.log here
