Idk how to make shop plugin work.When I do /plugin it's always red and never works.

make sure its latest version that corresponds with your server version. if it is, start your server, go inside, do a command in the plugin, and then send the latest.log here

How do I download my logs?

You view and download your logs through the File Manager on your dashboard.

Select the Logs folder and then hit the Download button.

make sure it has a version compatible with 1.20
