how about this, uninstall the plugins from the addons panel, google for the plugins you want, and upload those directly to the file manager, then restart

the addons panel way is always finicky and just too stubborn so the file manager is the way to go

weird, I just did it another server I'm op on and works fine

what I mean is, on the addons panel, uninstall the plugins you installed, then completely ignore the addons panel

Search up on google for plugins you wanted, download those to your device, then upload it to the server's File Manager under the plugins folder

How do I OP myself?

OP or operator status, gives you permission to every command in-game. Only assign OP staus to the people that you trust, this will help to prevent griefing.

Type “op username” into the Command Line area of the Live Console. You can continue using this command to add additional players if you wish. If you would like to remove OP status from a player you would type "deop username" instead.

You can give other players OP status in-game once you have given it to yourself by using the /op username command.

Well I’ve only gotten this issue a few times before. Both times restarting the server fixed it for me

But if you restart and it still won’t work I’m all out of ideas

Try doing /pl in the console
