So awhile back (around 4-6 months) I bought an extra 10 player slots with credits ( not with a plan, just regular player slots ) but now on THAT exact server I dont have the playerslots that I purchased ( when i bought it, it said that the slots were permanent )

they only come with plans.

How do I create a Support ticket?

server slots are not player slots. server slots just allow you to start up more servers at once
