Can't log in to my Minehut account, or reset password

"We're sorry, something went wrong when attempting to log in."

When I try and log in, that's what happens. I thought at first I may have needed to reset my password, so I tried that. Instead, the email never gets sent. I've checked all mail, spam, and other folders.

Then, I followed @void summit's advice and switched to a different browser. In my case, I went to Microsoft Edge, which I've never used before. Even now, it's still giving me the same error on both browsers.

Please help

if that still doesn't work, try creating a support ticket
