hello i think i got the backup i clicked everything in the filemanager and then i hit the download i con and it turned into a zip file now im having issues installing it into my new server at the "upload world" zip download thing on the minhut setting page of my server can you help?

How do I download my world?

You can easily download your world with these instructions:

1. Go to minehut.com and activate your server.

2. Head to the File Manager.

3. You will see a list of all your worlds, as well as other folders.

4. When you click on your world name all the files for that world will appear on the right.

5. Select all the files you wish to download and hit the Download button at the bottom.

6. Once your download is complete you will receive a notification at the bottom of the page.

We recommend using the manual backup available on your dashboard as well as downloading your world on a regular basis. See more about how to create a backup here!

How do I upload a world?

Here are the instructions on how to upload a world:

Make a zip containing all the files inside of the world folder. You can do this by selecting all the files and "archiving" or "zipping" all the files. Please be sure you don't name your world with any spaces.

1. Go to your server's panel and click on File Manager

2. Click on the Upload button

3. Select the .zip file from your computer and then click on Open

4. Unzip the folder inside the File Manager

Once the world is uploaded, you can assign it as your main world by using the Settings tab and updating your Level Name.

how do i unzip the file inside the file manager>

so i can just go to file manager right click the boxes on all the files hit the download icon then go to the other server panel go to the server file manager then hit the upload button and just put the all the things i downloaded from the old filemanager from my old minehut server is that right...?

How do I create a backup?

You can now create your own backups of your Minehut servers! All servers have at least 1 manual backup slot, the monthly plans get more.

To create a manual backup, go to the Backups section on the dashboard.

Under the Manual Backups section, you can hit the Backup Now button. This will create a new manual backup for your server.

If you already have a backup saved you can hit the Replace Backup button and this will remove the previous backup and replace it with the new one. You can add a description to a backup, this will help to keep track of them if you have multiple slots. The date and time will always be recorded for you as well

i wanna download my whole server plugins maps skripts everything

clear your cookies, use a different browser, refresh the page, re-login, or force hibernate and reactivate your server to fix it
