I keep trying to start my server and it loads the plugins then sends this error at the end and crashes

Any highly intensive task that could cause your server to run out of memory, could cause that. Can you provide your full logs?

How do I download my logs?

You view and download your logs through the File Manager on your dashboard.

Select the Logs folder and then hit the Download button.

Im doing that right now but for some reason a lot of my files just disappeared including most of my logs. Plugins are missing all except via version and I dont have a world file anymore
