Cant join Minehut (again) | Minehut | Page 1

Whenever i try to join minehut i cant, it says cant connect to server under it.
then when i try to join it says
Internal Exception: java.net.SocketException: Connection reset
i have made a ticket already and they sent me ways to fix it. i have tired all of them and none work.
i need a real explanation please
if anyone knows anything please help

did you read the full ticket, if none of the solutions they said worked you need to send your IP because if you only get that error when trying to connect to minehut they need to check your ip is not blocked
