Whenever I start my server it's stuck "Downloading", whenever I join it I get the error "io.netty.channel.AbstractChannel$AnnotatedConnectException: finishConnect(..) failed: Connection refused.

#

I have a free server, I can send screenshots if needed

What dark said. Start it from console, if it’s still stuck on downloading, force hibernate, wait until it hibernates, try to start it again. If nothing works and it’s just stuck on downloading everytime, open a ticket
