Doubt they had the plugins to track playtime right now.

If they added it, it would just be set to 0.

i think spigot/paper track playtime for statistics (https://hub.spigotmc.org/javadocs/spigot/org/bukkit/Statistic.html#PLAY_ONE_MINUTE it's actually in ticks the name is misleading) but that would only show the playtime for the current lobby your in im pretty sure.

they could also just track it themselves not sure if they do currently which means it probably will display 0 seconds or smth but like if you stayed on for a hour and half it goes to 1 hour 30 seconds. idk

i don't usually see myself wanting to check playtime though so idrc
